GOD IS A DJ!

Posted by xneverwherex on May 3, 2007

4/25/07

As Maxi Jazz said “This is my Church!” to a crowded Webster Hall.

And its one statement thats very hard to disagree with, unless of course you’re in Toronto at the Gardens watching a Leafs game. That might be my church 🙂

I owe a HUGE HUGE thanks to my friend Scoosh in Scotland who basically told me I *had* to go see them 🙂 He even included video footage, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cMLerqyrVas   of why I must see them. Follow up that with seeing the movie Glastonbury which is a must see. The concert footage in there is amazing.

by far, show of the year! and ive seen lots of shows already. My posting as a huge thanks sums up the night!

Scoosh – I FINALLY saw faithless and OH MY GOD! words cant describe that show. it was pure energy and you could feel it from the crowd. Hearing “God is a DJ” was worth the price of the ticket alone. Webster Hall was pure energy at that moment. The crowd (mostly english) was so into them and it was just bodies against another everyone jumping in unison. was pretty cool. i think so far that this was the best show i had been to in a long, long time. id say they even surpassed the basement jaxx who put on one hell of a show. off the top of my head “God is a DJ”, “Insomnia” “What About Love” and “I want more”. i have the setlist at home, but it was great!they sure know how to build up an audience, taking it almost slow at first building to some huge crescendo. like sex or something. the place erupted when “we become 1” was played. there was so much jumping, you could feel the vibrations on the floor and this floor bounces so it felt like at any moment you were going crashing down 3 floors.
all in all – the best show i could have possibly gone too.

Tribeca Film Festival

Posted by xneverwherex on May 3, 2007

Im copying this post from another site I’ve been posting at. Im actually doing something pretty cool here – why, you ask? – well mostly for the hell of it, and its turning out to be pretty fun, to keep the world (east coast) apprised of whats going on around them.

so if you have time go to: www.alex.to/doomlink  – and i post under xneverwherex

So heres my update for Tribeca, which Im proud to say im a volunteer at.

Instead of creating a thread for every single movie I have seen, I am going to make it all inclusive. I fear that no one will ever see these films, but alas, please, please, please be sure to see films at your local arthouse cinema.Last night, while working I kept seeing this guy (and have seen him numerous times) at the festival and thought – I know him. So I check out his badge and his name is Barry Sisson. At this point I dont care if I name drop because there could be something in this for everyone. Barry Sisson is heading up Cavalier Films based out of Charlottesville, VA. I used to frequent Cinema Arts (Fairfax, VA) all the time and was invited in an offer to become an investor on his next film. After having numerous financial advisers and co-workers read the documents, with no real money to my name, it was a very risky venture. A Film did get made under Cavalier, although I am not sure which film it is.Cavalier is apparently looking for investors for another film. If interested, please contact me and I will get you in touch with him. Please note – I get NOTHING out of this. Im only putting this up, because you never know who is interested in what.

Long story short, Barry remembered me from a few years back in Virginia and told me of his new opportunity. He also purchased a film at Tribeca but alas I dont know which it was.

On to the good stuff:
The Ballad of Esequiel Hernandez – brilliant documentary – if it comes to Silver Docs – get out there and see this. Esequiel Hernandez was the first person murdered on US land by armed forces since the Kent State killings. He lived in a small Texas border-town and was herding goats when he was taken out. Brilliant, brilliant film and for thsoe that think this sounds familiar – Tommy Lee Jones film “The Three Burials” is this story. Tommy Lee Jones did narrate this film and the filmmakers worked on Three Burials.

Fraulein – a Yugoslavian film (yes I know there is no more Yugoslavia) that is an interesting story of women who have had to leave the country and all converge in Switzerland. A Bit slow, but the filmmakers were adorable (and all-women!) that it definitely added to the film. Nice story, but I wasnt terribly moved by it.

Gardener of Eden – This is Kevin Connolly’s directorial debut (of Entourage – plays Vince’s manager, Eric) and is produced by Leo DiCaprio (does he even need a last name). Major major disappointment. Big names, wanted and needed a much better script. Kid from NJ ends up getting kicked out of school and ends up going back home to NJ to live with his parents. One day, out of pure frustration, he beats the hell out of a guy and is claimed local hero the next. naturally, the guy was a serial rapist. The kid thinks he’s now super-cop and goes out trying to solve all the crimes and fix the world. Eh, had its moments, but is only worth maybe $6 or netflix (which obviously it will come to with such big names behind it).

note to self: dont see blockbuster movies at film festivals.

Day Zero – I have not seen the whole movie (I was working) but from what I did see, this movie has promise (the fact that I know the ending KILLS me) but its the story of 3 friends from NYC (naturally, right?) who end up getting drafted into the war. this takes place in current day and is a fictional (so far) account of what would happen if we reinstated the draft. One guy (Chris Klein) is trying to find a way out of going; he has just made partner at his firm. another friend is gung-ho about going to war and killing people and the other friend (Elijah Wood) is indifferent and doesnt know what to do. Seems great from what I’ve seen. Oh how my skin crawled at the thought of reinstating the draft.

The last movie (as of today) was from John Dahl, director of Red Rock West (please tell me someone has seen this) and The Last Seduction (with Linda Fiorintino) is You Kill Me.

This film I have not yet seen the entire thing, but saw most of the film. The acting is great with an incredible story. The writers seem very cool, and after the Q&A, I’ll definitely be on the lookout for more of their films.

In this smart, darkly funny drama by John Dahl (The Last Seduction) about addiction and recovery, Ben Kingsley delivers a bravura performance as Frank, an alcoholic contract killer forced to go through a twelve-step program and become a funeral home assistant. Also starring Tea Leoni and Luke Wilson

Thats it for now!

I met him in a crowded room

Posted by xneverwherex on January 20, 2007

I met him in a crowded room
Where people go to drink away their gloom
He sat me down and so began
The story of a charmless man

Charmless Man – Blur

I’m sorry for those who come by to realize how lazy I’ve been. Lots of shows on the horizon, and surprisingly (or not really) I’ve seen lots of shows. I have also just started my own meetup group. Indie/Britpop Fans United Oh yeah! It should be cool once its really up and running. I have had one event and sadly only one person RSVP’ed yes, oh wait. 2 I take that back. And one showed up. 50% not bad.

So Thursday night was Popscene. And for those who dont know me well enough, I used to go to Popscene in SF quite a bit. I used to love that place (well still do) and met some great friends. And funny how in SF we used to ALWAYS see each other at the same concerts. Lots of good fun. So now Jeremy has opened Popscene in NYC at Club Midway – 25 Ave B – yes this is more promotion. The music was awesome, and he played the Dandy Warhols for me. I so love you Jeremy. Any way, met a really cool guy here and although it really wasnt a crowded room, I so wish he’d just say something to me again. The story is much longer I assure you, but nothing that Id like to share with the entire public. Or wait, isnt that the point of this. Well maybe one day.

So alas, its me here on a Saturday afternoon. Well I should be getting ready to head into queens for another meetup group, but feeling _very_ tired and I think I’m headed out to Tonic tonight. DJ Anton (im wondering if thatd be one anton newcombe? of BJM, naturally) will be spinning disco/psychedilia stuff. Its free too!

Anyway I saw the amazing bubbles show last night. WTF you are saying. I kid you not. Its over on 50th at the new world stages. i love the theater because a) its close to me and b) the art work (read photography) is amazing. lots of warhol shots and other famous people, and c) most importantly the theater is in great condition. I assure you this show is worth about all of $4. Fan Yang? I think that was his name really blows bubbbles and lots and lots bubbles for kids throughout the show. Trust me, there were a lot of adults. I think I should have dranken some black vodka from the evil dead show. i couldnt stop laughing, and i assure you i wasnt drunk. oh the silliness of it all. it was cute, and the end reminded me of slava’s snowshow, but just so not worht the money. better than the stuff ive been seeing lately over on 42nd street. there has been some downright bad stuff. time to save my $3 and find something good to see.

oh can i say the color purple – $3 – oh yeah! for those interested in learning how you too could be getting $3 tix for some of the worst and best off b’way and on b’way shows, drop me a line. ok i must run to the post office. im getting some new music! oh yeah! am i too californian in new york. me thinks so, and trust me, its not a bad thing!

in the meantime, my best friend from Cali had called and left me a voicemail that had the line ‘you remind me of Lily Allen.’ I think I’ll take that as a compliment 🙂

and i will say – he wasn’t a charmless man –

Lost in Greenpoint – CMJ Round 2

Posted by xneverwherex on November 3, 2006

11/2/06 – Polyvinyl Records Showcase with Headlights, Boris Yeltsin, Decibully and Cale

Was a bit disappointed I didn’t hit the free party with Extra Blue Kind. But I was running late as usual. So hopped on the L and headed over to Greenpoint, Brooklyn. So, Luke and I were talking about Boris Yeltsin, and when we got off the train a guy and girl came up to us to ask us for directions to the show. So we start talking and it turns out they are from Missouri, home of Boris Yeltsin. After a bit more talking, turns out Benjamin is the drummer for Foundry Field Recordings. And the band is playing on Saturday night at Crash Mansion with The Divorce who I had really wanted to see. So we all head on over to Greenpoint together, and I get incredibly lost. I have no clue which way the club is. So I ask a few people, and no one seems to have a clue where I am going. Finally after asking lots more people we find it. Ok, so a 3 minute walk took all of 30 mins. LOL. So much for my great sense of directions.

Arrive at Europa. Cool club with a stage upstairs. The stage is quite small but on a platform and the room is decent size. With lots of tables, bar stools, and couches along the far wall. The crowd surprisingly isn’t the epitome of indie hipster, but very casual, laid-back.  The first artist up – yes, of course it wasnt close to being on time – was Cale Parks, the drummer of Aloha. He is a one-man show who plays everything from guitars, to drums to keyboard, all the while working his Mac computer. This was only his second show, and he really had no stage presence. Im sure part of that was from trying to do too many things at once. At moments, it seemed he was going to crash into all the instruments, trying to side-step around the small stage. His music reminds me of a DJ set, but could definitely use the second person ala the Basement Jaxx or the Presets. There were moments where he should have let the music continue and almost fade out, but the songs would just abruptly end. No music to get lost in. I realize now I should have stayed for Aloha, as I didn’t quite realize he was in the band. Maybe would have shown me a different side to him.

Next up was Decibully. I was really looking forward to seeing them since I had missed them at the DAMFest the weekend before. And they delivered. Lots of guitar, great vocals, great keys and great drumming. What more could have been wanted. The songs were instantly likeable as were the guys in the band. The fact that the band gets along so great, really comes through on the stage and in their set. Psychedelic rock, as how they describe themselves sums it right up.

Next up was Someone Still Loves You Boris Yeltsin, which is the 3rd best band at CMJ, according to the band themselves. Before the band came on, I met a guy who was friends with the bassist’s father. And that was pretty cool, because this guy had never seen them. He told me how they got famous when their song appeared on the OC. Great tip to know, as I never watched the OC. I should for their music. Boris was as fun as ever last night. Their songs are so fun, catchy and poppy. The essence of indie pop. Last night they performed a cover of Arrested Development’s “Tennessee” which was really good. And definitely had the essence of the song. The guitarist and drummer switched during the set, proving that both drummers were exceptionally talented on both instruments. They played a fairly long set and was just a great set that was very energetic.

The last band up was Headlights from Champagne, IL. Headlights had very pop sounding songs backed up by a huge wall of sound. Very loud guitars and drums mixed with Erin’s great voice and keyboards. But Erin didn’t sing on every song so it was a good mix. A three piece band that worked very well. The band had the crowd dancing in no time, and singing along to all of their songs. I expect this band will be huge in no time at all.

Great night. Finding a cab back to NYC proved to be a feat in itself. Found plenty of off-duty cabs. And finally flagged one down and luckily he was wiling to drive us back to the City.

Tonight – Birdmonster, The Horrors, The Thermals, Sam Champion and Ra Ra Riot! Cant wait. Will have a review up hopefully by end of the weekend along with plenty of other shows from Saturday.

CMJ – A week of music INSANITY

Posted by xneverwherex on November 2, 2006

Rules for the wise (and no, I didn’t comply with any on round 1).

1. Do NOT drink! -besides the cost that might make you broke, it could be a lot longer of a night than expected. and being drunk when theres 5 more bands to go, is not a good thing.

2. Expect the unexpected.  – I showed up so early, I ended up seeing some band Extra Blue Kind, and they were AWESOME! I was also the ONLY one there. I also ended up getting an invite from someone at the label to go to a party! wahoo!

3. Have a back-up plan/schedule. If you really need to see one band, you might be missing out on a few others if your schedule is too tight.

4. Bring lots of money, if you want CDs, merch, etc.

5. Bring a camera.

6. EARPLUGS, EARPLUGS, EARPLUGS! – do not leave home without them. There are probably a ton of other shows you will be going to, you dont want ringing ears after your first show.

7. Most importantly, have fun!

Night 1:

i showed up insanely early. i have no clue how i ended up getting there so early, but i caught an early show. and i was the ONLY one at the show. the band was really f’ing good. called extra blue kind. i met two other people there, who worked for the label and got invited to a party tonight. they really want me to show up tonight, because theres free food. LOL. so i might. the band was excited i had come. that was interesting.  check them out. by far the best band i saw last night. and the one i had no clue about. just randomness! welcome to CMJ.

then — i had like 30 mins to kill. so i went up to the bar. and man its bad to drink on an empty stomach. i got pretty trashed but the drinks were good. id have drank all night talking to the bartender, but then id have been crawling home. the bartender was pretty cool. he was telling me how he was moving to LA, went to UCLA, and we were talking about the music scene out there. and how it was when we were in college. he was surprised when i said i graduated in 1996. he made the comment , oh my god i was still in high school. i said ‘ god damn, now i feel really old’.

so then the first band came on. met some chick at the show who was really into them. chris garneau. i guess it was just the singer, but he has a full band backing him up. playing everything from the cello, keyboards, and other random instruments. it was a very mellow set, but great music. the band seemed pretty excited to be there.

then next up was some girl/guy pairing. that was interesting. i couldnt really get into their music. was again, very mellow. and both of them sang. apparently they were asked last minute to play a short set, and they hadnt played in over a year. no clue who they were, as they never formally introduced themselves. a pet peeve of mine – when musicians/bands play, say your name a few times. We’d like to remember you, and when seeing a ton of bands, we may not remember each and every band who is playing.

then finally – back to the bands i wanted to see. first the affair. that was an awesome set. the lead singer reminded me of blondie. she had this incredible voice and was really into it. Dancing the entire time, talking to the crowd, her excitement of being there shined through. Surprisingly enough, they were from New York, which I had no idea. Very indie/rock music. Another woman played the keyboards, and 3 guys made up the rest of the band. The whole band seemed to feed off each other, which made it all the better. They should have played a lot longer.

Then my final show – because everything was running over an hour later than was expected. a 9:30 show started close to 11pm and there were still 2 more bands after that one. or possibly one. i have no clue, as it wasnt really said why someone was added, but no mention anywhere. So Get Him Eat Him was last. Now this is who I really wanted to see. And from their songs I had heard I was hoping for some really catchy indie pop music ala Weezer. Stuff to dance to, sing along with, but hearing them live was a different story. They just didnt have that pop vibe to them, which meant some of that catchiness that drew me to them was long gone. The guys were entertaining – making jokes only fitting for CMJ. The comment – well I guess you guys were the ones who couldnt get into the Knife show. No one said a thing, no laughs, guffaws, nada. Clearly a lot of the crowd were big followers, or just friends of the band, as they dedicated a song to a friend of theirs. A lot of people were coming in/out of the show, and seemed unimpressed. The guitarist, in gym shorts, sneakers and a t-shirt, definitely stood out.

I think at any one time the most R&R had were 30-40 people. Some bands had hardly anyone out there, and at times i felt bad. R&R should be the next hot spot for bands to play. An amazing club in the meatpacking district. Has that swanky feeling, of this new modern/posh bar/club, but the clientele is anything but. I guess its more the indie/hipster scene. It has cube chairs all around. and then lots of tables/couches with mirrors in the different rooms. the stage for the bands is similar to the mercury but an even higher stage. they have their own backroom for all their instruments, and it has this cool curtain they close after each set. the drinks are typical prices for that area, meaning to steep for my blood. its a good thing i didnt stay at the bar, if so id have been begging the bartender for free drinks.

A night out with the Aussies…

Posted by xneverwherex on October 19, 2006

10/19/06

Headed down to the Mercury Lounge. Wasnt sure about catching Mess Hall, as I wasn’t all that impressed with their music that I heard off of myspace. As I opened the doors to the Mercury to where the band was playing, a rush of loud guitars came right out at me. Having been dealing with major ear problems, this was not so cool. But I quickly slipped in some earplugs, and was fine. It was pretty crowded, but the crowd seemed pretty subdued. Everyone was standing towards the back, while the front was empty with a bunch of people taking photos. There were a few Aussies rocking out. Mess Hall consists of two guys: guitarist and drummer. A true rock band, and in fine form the front were all rocking out to their music. It sure grew on you after awhile. And they were cute guys. The drummer, who should be called fathead, reminded me of fathead from the dandy warhols, with a huge head of hair. I thought that they would have played off of each other a bit more, as at times it seemed like they were two separate entities playing on stage together.

Next up — You Am I. I must admit, I mostly saw this for my Australian friends who said I had to see them. I had only heard their earlier stuff, (Thanks Matt) and had always enjoyed it. And when I refer to earlier stuff, I mean we’re talking close to 96 if not earlier. I met a really nice guy at the show, who came up to me and started talking about seeing the band. Full of excitement. I then met the girl who was standing next to me (I’m sure they all knew each other), and she was beyond excited, telling me how a roommate of hers (Australian, naturally) had gotten her into the band. The last time they had toured the states was 2002. Tim Rogers reminds me of a mod boy from the 60’s. Him and the guitarist looked styling with their skinny ties on. Tim is amazing live. Very charismatic, chatted up the crowd, made some snide comments, and was just fun to watch. The music speaks for itself. The show seemed like it was all of 30 mins. but I’m sure it ranged between 1 1/2 – 2 hrs.  At times they reminded me spot-on the replacements. Davey Lane was right in front of me, and besides being adorable to stare at, he has a great voice and is one hell of a guitar player. The whole band seemed thrilled to be back in the states. It’s too bad they never gained more popularity here. With the outbreak of Wolfmother, you’d think surely You Am I, should be able to break the states. Alas, its my good fortune, because it means I can still see them at small clubs like the mercury. All in all, brilliant show. Most of their stuff was played from the new album: Convicts. Some of the songs include: Thank God I’ve Hit Bottom, It Ain’t Funny That We Don’t Talk Anymore, Thuggury, Secrets?, Gunslingers, Constance George, and I’m a mess. I know i have missed a whole bunch of other songs, so if anyone was at the show – feel free to leave a comment.

Pics should be posted soon.

Off to see Spinto Band, Art Brut and Annuals tonight!

Ash x2

Posted by xneverwherex on October 6, 2006

Strange that I just realized the title really does refer to two things:

1. I am seeing Evil Dead (the Musical tonight). (hence the name Ash 🙂 )

its only $3, so for $3 I’m sure ill think its awesome, and its right down the street from me. 🙂 even better.

2. I saw Ash last night. Last night was a bit of drama (as if my life never has any). I had an interview last night, and it went quite long. then i raced home (more like anthony picked me up while i was walking down the street) so I could see the band Cities. So took a super quick shower, went down to the knitting factory, and learned that a) cities was sold out and b) the show wasnt an 8pm show, it was 10:30. so i was pissed. but instead went to 1@1 an irish bar. must have been an irish sorta night. got pretty trashed with one drink (anthony and i both decided it was pure alcohol) his margarita was so strong, the tequila wasnt helping either. anyway then found out couldnt get into the club till 11 – Ash was coming on at midnight – so walked around the lower east side and found some really cheap bar. got a beer till we left about 15 mins later. was a pretty cheesy bar, but if i had gotten any more drunk i swear id have been on the table singing those really bad 80’s songs. think – boston (more than a feeling), and lita ford, ac/dc.

Anyway, The Annex (club where it was in the lower east side) was pretty packed just around 11:15/11:30. Wide mix of people and lots of older people. Ash came on pretty close to midnight. Tim looks pretty shaggy. Sad that I forgot the other 2 guys names in the band. They played a short 40 min set or so. Their new stuff is what most stood out in my mind. Sounded very well rehearsed. I found it amusing that they could nto play “jack names the planets” as a 3-piece band. they said they hadnt rehearsed it. they did play girl from mars, burn baby burn, petrol, and quite a few other songs in between. was a good set. Tim sounds great, and the guitars were sounding really good. As a 3-piece like before they still sound great. Although I must say I do miss Charlotte. It was lots of fun. Im sure we could have met the band, as we went down some wrong stairwell and it turns out that was where the band was hanging out. In the downstairs part of the club. Tim did comment on how much fun that he was having that he could have played another 2 hours, but didnt know any more songs. Too funny. Anthony got some good shots, while I left my camera as I just didnt feel like taking it. My cell phone pics are probably nothing all that great.

Silence Is Easy

Posted by xneverwherex on September 12, 2006

James Walsh - Starsailor - 9/11/06 - Irving Plaza

James Walsh – Starsailor – 9/11/06 – Irving Plaza,
originally uploaded by xneverwherex.

9/11/06

Living in New York on 9/11, the 5- year anniversary no less, was pretty surreal. The city seemed pretty somber (no big surprise), people waiting for late subway trains weren’t nearly as agitated as they might usually be. It was a nice change. I got to work to find our lobby had a table in front with a red/white/blue flowery plant. The security (shows that we live in a post 9/11 world), were handing out American Flag pins. If anything, it was a nice gesture. I really cant imagine having lived out here during that time.

This has been concert week for me, and I have been insanely busy. I only wish I had posted my comments about the prior show. I will have to go back and add some in.

Last night was Starsailor – a pic of James Walsh, the singer is shown. James is a charismatic lead singer. He is clearly in love with his day job. He was talkative, and clearly was glad to be back in New York City. I should mention, I saw Snow Patrol on Friday night, and Starsailor (sounding very similar) blew them out of the water. James has a voice that is so beautiful sounding, I dont even think the AI judges could find fault with him. He can sound amazingly just like Bono. He also did a song with Joseph Arthur and even performed one song acoustic. I wish I remembered what song it was.

I am attaching what I wrote to my friend’s last night after my return home. I think this was one of the best shows I have seen in a long time. James has a fabulous voice, and they play stuff from all of their
albums. their live version of 4 on the floor is f’ing incredible, and turns into this really dancy mix, where he started to tell everyone to dance their asses off. he is one hell of a front man, very talkative, clearly is in love with new york, (said some very nice things about the 5 year anniversary of the 9/11 attacks). good souls was really incredible live as well as the silence is easy. ok every song was. i
thought (and still think) snow patrol put on a great set, but i think this show blew it out of the water.

Btw – the title for this post is one of their more popular songs, but it sure fit with the theme of the 11th.

It’s Tuesday Night….

Posted by xneverwherex on August 30, 2006

So I am in tonight. I’m not sure why, just havent felt like going out. Ugg! So Lazy. So since Ive not been around in awhile I must say there is a lot that went on last week. Wednesday night I went down to South Street Seaport (I’ll add a photo later) and saw Absinthe. Now this is THE show to be seen. Reminds me of cirque du soleil, burlesque and cabaret. A bit of nudity, amazing stunts, and lots of alcohol. In general an amazing time. These people are beyond talented. One woman had such an amazing voice. Ill have to find her name, but an Irish woman who has performed lots in Australia and won awards.

Friday night I headed back to DC. I havent been there in what felt like a lifetime. Speaking of Australians, I was lucky enough to meet Mick (theres a link to his blog somewhere) who is living in DC for a bit. Ive known him for 12 years. At least online. It was a trip, thats for sure. I also got to see Hannah, who is forever known as 10 kinds of awesome. We had a nice lunch together at Faccia Luna in Clarendon (Arlington, VA). Saturday night I spent with my other great friend, who probably wants to be nameless. Regardless, I havent seen her in forever and it was amazing spending a night with her. We could talk forever in a cafe and never notice that time moved. An amazing friendship, that will last forever. Next time, Hannah has to join us 🙂

Sunday – met up with Joseph and his fiancee Andrea who is so nice. of course Joseph is too. He’s British so of course I love him. LOL. Hmm, I said the same thing about Mick. damn accents! anyway, Joseph, Andrea and I had brunch at Harrys Taphouse in Clarendon. What was with Clarendon. I swear I have never spent so much time there.

The highlight of the weekend (nobody freak out), I was close to getting jumped in DC parked at a McDonald’s parking lot. Ok, Mom and Dad, its all good. Welcome to DC. Some guy wanted to get into my car, and tried to. But the doors were locked and he eventually kept moving. Ok, so I thought I had a heart attack, and started crying hysterically, but I’m ok.

this week has been moving swimmingly so far. So, Ill have to update this more often and include more pics. Ive got an adorable pic of Joseph and his fiancee, and one of Mick. More to come…

later folks! its dinner time at 9:30.
